The temperature of gas containing vocs should be cooled and condensed through exhaust gas heat exchanger. The goal is to reduce the water content in the exhaust, thus avoid affecting the catalyst activity by water and reducing the heat transfer efficiency. At the same time the air needed for catalytic oxidation is preheated, and the temperature increased to be around 250 C when passing through the heat exchanger,then catalytic combustion is carried out and temperature continues to increase to be about 300 C. After this the heated air transfers heat to low temperature gas in the exhaust heat exchanger. In this process, heat is mostly utilized and avoid waste of energy.
The exhaust gas is cooled and condensed before heating up.The cooling and condensing process of waste gas can adopt the combined heat exchanger form of high and low temperature section. The high temperature section is made of plate structure and low temperature section is made of non-metallic structure. This combination can effectively avoid low temperature dew point corrosion which may shorten the service life of heat exchanger. The exhaust heating process adopts all welded plate type. All welded plate heat exchanger takes the all welded plate bundle as heat transfer unit and stainless steel plate with round shape dimple as heat transfer element. By using the regular convex on the plates,the disturbance effect of flue gas is improved, so as to form turbulence with low Re, enhancing heat transfer performance. The plate surface is smooth, not easy to accumulate dust, avoiding energy waste caused by low heat transfer efficiency with high fouling resistance. Seamless welding is adopted between plates to guarantee there is no risk of leaking on the core of equipment.
The low temperature section is made of non-metallic, anti-corrosive material which can bear dew point corrosion in the low temperature section.In general the high temperature flue gas enters the heat exchanger and after heat transfer with deacidified flue gas, the temperature can be lowered to be below  120 ℃,and can even achieve 60℃ in the low temperature trigonum. At this time the moisture fog and composition of sulfur in the flue gas coagulated into sulfuric acid,which causes dew point corrosion and has a bad effect on the service life of heat exchanger. While the heat transfer tubes adopted by non-metallic type heat exchanger has higher anti-corrosion performance and can solve the problem of low temperature dew point corrosion, better guaranteeing long term and safe operation of the equipment. The heat transfer tubes can be designed and fabricated into different pressure and stiffness classes according to various users’ special request, such as different flows, pressures, cover depths and loading conditions.At the same time, the tubular heat exchanger module is equipped with a protective network to prevent external damage during transportation and installation.
